Founding Philosophy
公司由職業醫學科暨家醫科雙專科林彥廷醫師於2018年創辦，致力於提供專業且全方位的勞工健康服務，秉持改善與提升台灣健康職場理念。組織團隊成員橫跨多元專業領域，包含組織心理師、物理治療師及護理師，透過跨專業合作，從預防醫學、身心健康到職場環境改善，為企業與勞工量身打造整合性的健康方案。以實證醫學為基礎結合企業臨場服務長年實務經驗，關注工作相關疾病預防、過勞與心理壓力管理、肌肉骨骼傷害防治及健康促進，協助企業落實法規並提升員工健康與工作效能。團隊持續陪伴企業打造安全、健康且永續的職場環境。
Founded in 2018 by a dual board-certified physician in Occupational and Family Medicine, our mission is to elevate the standard of workplace health in Taiwan. We believe that healthy people build sustainable organizations. Through a multidisciplinary team of organizational psychologists, physical therapists, and nurses, we deliver evidence-based, integrated occupational health solutions that protect physical well-being, support mental resilience, and create safer work environments. By working closely with enterprises on-site, we move beyond compliance to prevention—empowering organizations and workers to thrive together in safe, healthy, and sustainable workplaces.
